Hamid Fakaubun, S.H.,M.H mengingatkan agar Partai Gerindra Kabupaten Buru tidak ikut campur persoalan ini sebab kami tidak pernah menyerang atau menyinggung Gerindara secara kelembagaan Ini murni urusan Knpi bersama Daniel Rigan tidak ada kaitan sedikit pun dengan gerindra.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau gerinda Kabupaten Buru secara kelembagaan meminta untuk Kepolosian seceptnya memproses laporan terhadap ketua Knpi Buru maka kami secara kelembagaan sampai ke tingakat kecamtan akan melakukan hal yang sama ke Partai Gerindra Kabupaten dan ini efeknya akan panjang dan akan merugikan Ketua Wilayah Gerindra Maluku yang hari ini maju juga sebagai Bakal Calon Gubernur Maluku. paslnya dalam pernyataan Pimpinan Partai Gerinda tersebut mereka sudah menjustifikasi bahwa ketua Knpi kabupaten Buru telah melakukan perbuatan fitnah dan ucaran kebencian. Kami ingatkan kepada pimpinan Gerinda Kabupaten buru bahwa kalian harus sadar kalian bukan aparat penegal hukum yang menuntukan perbuatan seseorang itu salah atau tidak.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau pun mereka paksakan dan ngotot ikut campur persoala ini maka kami juga akan melakukan yang lain yaitu menyerukan kepada Knpi kabupaten kota yang ada di Maluku untuk tidak memilih Hendrik Lawerisa di Pilgub nanti. Jadi kami sarankan kepada pimpinan Gerinda kabupaten buru sebelum bertindak harus berpikir terlebih dahulu agar efeknya tidak ke pimpinan mereka di wilayah Maluku yang sedang mengikuti pemilihan gubernur.
