{"id":889,"date":"2024-09-04T08:01:03","date_gmt":"2024-09-04T08:01:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redaksitimor.com\/?p=889"},"modified":"2024-09-05T08:01:31","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T08:01:31","slug":"pembacaan-tuntutan-dalam-perkara-korupsi-add-dd-negeri-haya-maluku-tengah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redaksitimor.com\/?p=889","title":{"rendered":"PEMBACAAN TUNTUTAN DALAM PERKARA KORUPSI ADD\/DD NEGERI HAYA &#8211; MALUKU TENGAH."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>REDAKSITIMOR.COM<\/strong>, Pada hari Rabu, 05 September 2024, bertempat di Pengadilan Tipikor pada Pengadilan Negeri Ambon, Mantan Kepala Pemerintahan Negeri Haya Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, Hasan Wailissa dituntut 6 Tahun Penjara oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Negeri Maluku Tengah dalam kasus dugaan penyalahgunaan keuangan yang Bersumber dari DD\/ ADD Negeri Haya Tahun Anggaran 2017, 2018 dan 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Selain Hasan Wailissa JPU juga menuntut terdakwa Muhammad Irfan Tuahan 6 tahun penjara dan terdakwa Rahman Lesipela dengan pidana selama 5 tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Hasan merupakan Mantan Kepala Pemerintahan Negeri Haya Tahun 2016-2022; Muhammad Irawan merupakan, mantan Bendahara Negeri Haya Tahun 2017-2018; dan Rahman Lesipela merupakan, Mantan Bendahara Negeri Haya Tahun 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Tuntutan tersebut dibacakan JPU Kejari Malteng, Ferdinanda Enike Tupan saat sidang di pengadilan Tipikor Ambon diketuai, Hakim Wilson Sriver didampingi Hakim Anggota, Agus Hairullah dan Hery Anto Simanjuntak, Rabu (4\/9).<\/p>\n<p>JPU dalam dakwaannya menyatakan ketiga terdakwa telah terbukti bersalah secara bersama sama melakukan tindak pidana korupsi penyalahgunaan keuangan DD\/ADD Negeri Haya sebagaimana diatur dan diancam pidana dalam pasal 3 ayat jo pasal 18 ayat 1,2 dan 3 UU RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana diubah dalam UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Perubahan atas UU Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMenjatuhkan pidana oleh karena itu terhadap ketiga terdakwa yakni Hasan Wailissa dengan pidana penjara selama 6 tahun, terdakwa Muhammad Irfan Tuahan 6 tahun penjara dan terdakwa Rahman Lesipela dengan pidana selama 5 tahun serta denda masing-masing Rp. 200 juta rupiah subsider 6 bulan kurungan, \u201c Ungkap JPU<\/p>\n<p>Selain pidana badan dan denda, JPU menghukum ketiga terdakwa untuk membayar uang pengganti sebesar Rp. 1.9 miliar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMenghukum ketiganya untuk membayar uang pengganti sejumlah Rp. 1,9 miliar yang dibagi masing-masing Hasan Wailissa sebesar Rp. 900 juta lebih subsider 3 tahun penjara, Muhammad Irfan Tuahan Rp 638.000.000 subsider 3 tahun dan terdakwa Rahman Lesipela sebesar Rp. 317.191.377 subsider 2 tahun penjara, \u201c Tambah JPU<\/p>\n<p>Usai mendengar tuntutan JPU, Hakim Ketua, Wilson Sriver menutup dan menunda persidangan selama 2 minggu dengan agenda pembelaan para terdakwa melalui kuasa hukumnya.
