{"id":3553,"date":"2026-09-14T14:39:54","date_gmt":"2026-09-14T14:39:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redaksitimor.com\/?p=3553"},"modified":"2026-09-14T14:39:54","modified_gmt":"2026-09-14T14:39:54","slug":"perubahan-apbd-2026-dibahas-pendapatan-ambon-naik-jadi-rp1333-triliun-ini-harapan-dprd-dan-pemkot-ambon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redaksitimor.com\/?p=3553","title":{"rendered":"Perubahan APBD 2026 Dibahas, Pendapatan Ambon Naik Jadi Rp1,333 Triliun, Ini Harapan DPRD dan Pemkot ambon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>RT.COM<\/strong>, DPRD Kota Ambon menggelar Rapat Paripurna ke-6 Masa Persidangan III Tahun Sidang 2025\/2026 di Ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kota Ambon, Senin (14\/9\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Rapat dipimpin Ketua DPRD Kota Ambon, Mourits Tamaela, dengan agenda penyerahan Rancangan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) dan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) Perubahan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2026 dari Pemerintah Kota Ambon kepada DPRD.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sambutannya, Mourits mengatakan berakhirnya masa persidangan menjadi momentum evaluasi pelaksanaan tiga fungsi DPRD, yakni legislasi, anggaran dan pengawasan. Ia juga menegaskan pentingnya sinergi DPRD dan Pemkot dalam memasuki Masa Persidangan I Tahun Sidang 2026\/2027.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSinergi yang kuat, kedisiplinan, serta komitmen terhadap kepentingan masyarakat harus terus kita jaga,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Wali Kota Ambon Bodewin M. Wattimena menjelaskan, perubahan APBD dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan target pendapatan, belanja dan pembiayaan dengan perkembangan kondisi daerah.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam rancangan perubahan KUA-PPAS APBD 2026, pendapatan daerah diproyeksikan meningkat menjadi sekitar Rp1,333 triliun, dari target APBD murni 2026 sebesar sekitar Rp1,252 triliun. Peningkatan tersebut bersumber antara lain dari PAD dan pendapatan transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Bodewin menekankan, penyesuaian belanja akan dilakukan secara selektif dengan mengutamakan pelayanan dasar, kewajiban daerah, efisiensi anggaran serta program yang berdampak langsung terhadap perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Bodewin turut menyampaikan keprihatinan atas musibah kebakaran di Patahuwe, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat (SBB).
