Beberapa di antaranya meliputi fokus penganggaran untuk pemenuhan standar pelayanan publik, pembentukan website dinas yang terintegrasi dalam satu desk di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Provinsi Maluku, serta perlunya pendampingan berkelanjutan dalam pemenuhan standar pelayanan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPemberian dan pemenuhan standar bukan hanya karena dinilai, tetapi merupakan kewajiban penyelenggara dalam memastikan masyarakat memperoleh pelayanan yang baik dan berkualitas,\u201d tegas Hasan.<\/p>\n<p>Meski nilai yang diperoleh menurun dibanding tahun sebelumnya, Ombudsman tetap memberikan apresiasi karena tingkat kepuasan masyarakat justru meningkat berdasarkan hasil wawancara. Pada 2024, Provinsi Maluku memperoleh nilai 72,44, sedangkan tahun ini menjadi 60,65. Penurunan tersebut dipengaruhi penyesuaian indikator penilaian serta kurangnya keaktifan perangkat daerah dalam menyampaikan data dan dokumen pendukung. Dengan hasil tersebut, Provinsi Maluku berada pada kategori \u201ccukup\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Menanggapi hal itu, Asisten III Setda Maluku, Sartono Pinning, menyatakan pihaknya akan segera melaporkan hasil penilaian kepada pimpinan daerah dan menindaklanjuti seluruh catatan Ombudsman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRekomendasi Ombudsman akan menjadi bahan evaluasi dalam penyusunan kebijakan ke depan, khususnya dalam penguatan standar pelayanan publik,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Terkait integrasi website dinas, Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku akan berkoordinasi dengan Dinas Kominfo untuk mengkaji mekanisme pengelolaan terpusat agar informasi pelayanan publik lebih efektif dan akuntabel.
