Lorena, S.I.K., M.H., mengungkapkan bahwa tindak pidana tersebut dilakukan oleh tersangka inisial HH (64 Tahun) terhadap korban yang masih berumur 6 Tahun warga Desa Silale Kec. Leksula Kab. Buru Selatan<\/p>\n<p>Adapun berdasarkan Laporan Polisi Nomor : Lp-B \/ 40 \/ III \/ 2025 \/ Spkt \/ Buru Selatan \/Polda Maluku, Tanggal 28 Maret 2025, kemudian dilakukan proses penyelidikan serta penyidikan, terungkap bahwa Tersangka HH melakukan pencabulan Sebanyak 1 (satu) kali. Peristiwa persetubuhan atau pencabulan dan\/atau kekeasan seksual bermula saat tersangka mengajak korban bersama dua orang teman bermainnya untuk menonton video di hp milik tersangka.<\/p>\n<p>Kemuadian tersangka mengajak ketiganya ke rumah tersangka namun yang dimasukan ke dalam rumah hanyalah korban dan 1 (satu) teman bermain korban, Sedangkan 1 (satu) orang teman korban lainnya disuruh tersangka untuk pulang ke rumah mengganti celana.<\/p>\n<p>Setibanya di dalam rumah, tersangka memberikan hp miliknya untuk ditonton oleh teman bermain korban Sementara tersangka membawa korban ke salah satu kamar dan melakukan perbuatan bejatnya.<\/p>\n<p>Akibat dari kejadian tersebut korban mengalami trauma.<\/p>\n<p>Saat ini penyidik Sat Reskrim Polres Buru Selatan telah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap korban dan saksi &#8211; saksi serta telah melakukan gelar perkara guna menetapkan tersangka pada hari rabu, 2 april 2025 serta telah melakukan penahanan terhadap tersangka.<\/p>\n<p>Atas perbuatannya tersangka HH terancam Hukuman 15 Tahun Penjara, berdasarkan pasal Pasal 81 Ayat (1) Jo Pasal 76d Atau Pasal 82 Ayat (1) Jo Pasal 76e Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 Tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perlindungan Anak Menjadi Undang-Undang Dan\/Atau Pasal 6 Huruf C Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 Tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual.<\/p>\n<p>Demi mencegah kasus serupa terulang lagi, Kapolres Buru Selatan Juga menghimbau kepada para orang tua untuk lebih memperhatikan pergaulan anaknya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKepada masyarakat khususnya para orang tua kami himbau agar lebih memperhatikan pergaulan putra putrinya di lingkungan keluarga dan sekitarnya,\u201d ungkap Kapolres..
