Santoso, S.H, pada hari Selasa 15 April 2025 bertempat di Pengadilan Tipikor pada Pengadilan Negeri Ambon, telah melakukan Pelimpahan Perkara Tindak Pidana Korupsi Penyalahgunaan Kewenangan dan Jabatan dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Dana Desa (DD) dan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) yang terjadi pada Desa Ridool, Kecamatan Tanimbar Utara, Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar Tahun Anggaran 2017, 2018, dan 2019 untuk segera disidangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Bahwa dalam pelimpahan tersebut, Penuntut Umum menyerahkan 1 (satu) Jilid Barang Bukti yang terdapat Dokumen Nota Pencairan Alokasi Dana Desa Tahap I dan Tahap II Tahun 2018, Dokumen Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Alokasi Dana Desa Tahap II Tahun 2018, serta Bukti Nota Pencairan Dana kepada Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi pada Pengadilan Negeri Ambon sebagai Barang Bukti atas perkara yang melibatkan dua orang tersangka yakni Pj. Kepala Desa Ridool \u201cDS\u201d dan Kaur Keuangan Desa Ridool \u201cMYM\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pj. Kasi Intel Kejari KKT Garuda Cakti Vira Tama, S.H dalam keterangannya menyampaikan, Perkara Tindak Pidana Korupsi DD\/ADD pada Desa Ridool Kecamatan Tanimbar Utara, Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar Tahun Anggaran 2017, 2018, dan 2019 ini, diduga telah menimbulkan kerugian keuangan negara sejumlah Rp 252.641.557,- (dua ratus lima puluh dua juta enam ratus empat puluh satu ribu lima ratus lima puluh tujuh rupiah).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPerkara Korupsi DD\/ADD Desa Ridool, telah kami limpahkan ke Pengadilan Tipikor pada Pengadilan Negeri Ambon untuk segera disidangkan, kini \u201cDS\u201d dan \u201cMYM\u201d kami titipkan di Rutan Kelas IIA Ambon dan Lapas Perempuan Kelas III Ambon untuk kelancaran proses persidangan\u201d ungkap Kasi Intel. **(NN)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>REDAKSITIMOR.COM, Penuntut Umum Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar diwakili oleh Ricky R.
