TANIMBAR ENERGI T.A. 2020-2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>REDAKSITIMOR.COM<\/strong>, Tim Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar, resmi menetapkan 2 (dua) orang tersangka Dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi dalam Dugaan Penyalahgunaan Penyertaan Modal pada PT Tanimbar Energi yang Bersumber dari APBD Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar Tahun Anggaran 2020 s\/d 2022, pada hari Senin (14\/04\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar Dadi Wahyudi, S.H.M.H dalam surat penetapan tersangka yang diterbitkannya, telah menetapkan *&#8221;JL&#8221;* selaku *Direktur Utama PT Tanimbar Energi Tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023* dan *&#8221;KL&#8221;* selaku *Direktur Keuangan PT Tanimbar Energi* sebagai tersangka dugaan korupsi yang telah merugikan keuangan negara sebesar Rp 6.251.566.000,00 (Enam Miliar Dua Ratus Lima Puluh Satu Juta Lima Ratus Enam Puluh Enam Ribu Rupiah).<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, penetapan tersangka tersebut merupakan hasil penyidikan Tim Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar berdasarkan laporan hasil audit perhitungan kerugian keuangan Negara\/Daerah oleh Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201chari ini, kami resmi menetapkan 2 (dua) orang tersangka yakni *\u201dJL\u201d* selaku Direktur Utama tahun 2019 dan *\u201dKL\u201d* selaku Direktur Keuangan pada PT. Tanimbar Energi, karena diduga telah merugikan keuangan negara yang bersumber dari APBD Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar\u201d ungkap Kajari KKT.<\/p>\n<p>Menindaklanjuti atas penetapan tersangka tersebut, Kasi Intel Kejari KKT Garuda Cakti Vira Tama, S.H dalam Press Releasenya yang disampaikan ke awak media, menyampaikan bahwa Penetapan Tersangka JL dan KL merupakan kelanjutan dari Tindakan penyidikan yang dilakukan oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar terhadap perkara ini berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penyidikan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar, dimana dari hasil penyidikan tersebut telah diperoleh bukti permulaan yang cukup untuk melakukan penetapan tersangka.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami akan segera merampungkan berkas \u2013 berkas pemeriksaan dalam perkara ini, untuk ditingkatkan ke tahap II dan diserahkan ke Penuntut Umum, agar dapat segera dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Tipikor pada Pengadilan Negeri Ambon untuk di sidangkan\u201d Ujar Pj.
