Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Werinama 97554,Kab.Seram Bagian Timur Provinsi Maluku pada (T.A.) 2023 dengan agenda Pembacaan Putusan oleh Majelis Hakim pada Rabu(12\/02\/25) pukul 14.00 WIT.<\/p>\n<p>Diketahui yang hadir dalam persidangan yaitu Rahmat Selang, S.H.,M.H (Hakim Ketua), Antonius Sampe Sammine, S.H ( Hakim Anggota) dan Paris Edward Nadeak, S.H.,M.H (Hakim Anggota), kemudian PU Grace Siahaya, S.H.,M.H, Esterlina Wattimury, S.H dan Junita Sahetapy, S.H.,M.H serta PH Terdakwa Abdussukur Kaliky, S.H.,M.H.<\/p>\n<p>Majelis Hakim pada persidangan tersebut mengadili Terdakwa Akil Lahmady karena terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan dalam dakwaan Subsidiair yaitu pada Pasal 3 Jo. Pasal 18 Ayat (1), (2), dan (3) Undang \u2013 Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah dengan Undang \u2013 Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan pidana pokok berupa pidana penjara selama 3 tahun, di kurangkan dengan masa penahanan yang sudah dijalani terdakwa dan denda sebesar Rp. 200.000.000,- subsider 3 bulan kurungan dan membayar uang pengganti sebesar Rp. 398.467.680,00,- dalam jangka waktu satu bulan setelah putusan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap subsider 1 tahun pidana penjara.<\/p>\n<p>Diberikan waktu untuk menyatakan sikap terhadap putusan tersebut, baik terdakwa maupun PU.
